I got my driver's license yesterday! Sweet! But is that a good thing or bad thing? Oh well! Now I'll be able to drive my sister and myself to the movies. And stuff! Total woOtage right there! Wow, I'm abusing the ! . -_-;
But I still have to finish reading Huck Finn (which I started today) and listening to the next four cd's of The Power of Myth by next Tuesday. The much dreaded next Tuesday...the first day of school! *que dramatic background music* At least my brother, sister, and I will all be in high school - the first time the three of us will be in the same school at the same time. *more dramatic music* So hopefully it'll be a little more entertaining this year. My schedule was really messed up so I had to change two of my classes. I had three classes scheduled for first period and that was going to be a bit of a problem. So now instead of choir, which I was really looking forward to, I'm in ceramics which I know will be a fun class though. And now instead of AP Chem I'm in AP Physics. And it's also been decided that I'm doing AP French as well...only a chapter and a half left to go in the French book, woo. Yeah. It's going to be a long year.
My brother, sister, and dad got back last night from Hawaii and they had a fun trip. Then today I had part 2 of the 3 part shot at the doctor's office. Then my sister went to freshmen orientation while my mom and brother went to pick out his senior picture and all the while I was in the library reading Huck Finn. As anyone would imagine, it was oh so exciting. Oh yeah, and I got my haircut on Monday and decided to do something different. So now it's the shortest I've ever had it, but the change is really nice and it's a lot easier to manage. Plus, it doesn't look half bad. 8)

So I've been back for a little while now, but my computer apparently decided to wage a war against upon my return. It's been very slow and annoying. But at least it's been (hopefully) fixed and is moving faster than it was. Well the trip to Europe was a ton of fun and great experience! And a lot of walking too. :D Austria we were all jet-lagged and tired (but it was still good), Germany was cool but we didn't get to go on the autobahn, Switzerland is green and beautiful, and France was awesome. One of the highlights in Paris was being able to see this play called Le Roi Soleil, or The Sund King, which is about Louis XIV. And although the second act lost me completely, the dancing and actors were spectacular. I swear though, the day we flew back was the longest Thursday I have ever lived through. The group of people on the trip just added to all the funness(?). Hehe, lots of playing cards and bs which my mom was so happy to hear that I was good at. 8)
Lets see...last Sunday my sister, brother, his friend, and I all went to Comic-con which was awesome as well. Although I wish we could've gone Friday or Saturday when there was more stuff to do and/or see, but at least I got to go at all. My brother got this shirt that's got the Heroes (the show) logo thing on it and says "Mario Bros. Save the princess, save world 8-4." It's pretty great. Then I purchased a Star Wars shirt with the Rebellion logo on it and a SW poster. I'm such a geek. Then my brother's friend bought this Mega64 DVD, man those guys are hilarious.
Then Saturday night we went to go see the fifth Harry Potter movie which I thought they did a really great job on. For such a long book they got all the key ideas in there and got great actors for all the new characters introduced. I loved the scene when Fred and George leave school. Go Fred and George!
And last week my brother, sister, and I got to help out at vacation bible school at our church. Oh we were jumping with joy when our mom told us this. But it turned out to be alright because some of our friends were helpers too. That and we played extreme dogdeball. But what's not fun is having the camp's theme song stuck in your head all day.
The week before my cousin (technically second cousin or something but who bothers with that?) came out with her parents and stayed with us for five days. Her Christmas present had been a plane ticket to come out and see us. We went to the zoo, wild animal park, beach ect. I did get sunburned though. But anyway, it was nice cause I hadn't been to all those places in a while. Nor had I been in the ocean water in probably two years...it's just so cold...but for Gina, I went in. So that was all good and fun.
And now I have to keep working on my French so I will get through the book by the start of school. Only one month :(. And guess what chapter I'm on..oh yeah, chapter 3! *confetti* And I also get to read some lame book about myths (not myths, about myths) and Huckleberry Fin.

Bah, I'm so restless right now and I don't know why. I feel like I need to do something to occupy myself but at the same time nothing seems interesting to do and it's rather annoying. So I guess I'll start to ramble about my fun trip to the doctors. Turns out I haven't grown at all since the last time I measured my height (although from my last doctors appointment I've grown a whopping quater of an inch). Not that I mind that much, I'm fine with my height, but the fact that my younger sister is now taller than me...she is going to be pretty tall. So the best part is that I get three shots and then a blood sample. My imagination runs wild on that kind of stuff as I stated previously and I almost fainted when they took my blood. The funny part though was that when the doctor went to get me a glass of water I asked my mom if it was over yet and I thought she was going to laugh and say it hadn't even started. But turns out it was over and I hadn't felt a thing after the little prick in the beginning. Yeah, that was a bit embarrasing but I guess it's a common ordeal to have people pass or nearly pass out there. It was weird, I was talking with the doctor and all of a sudden my voice kept getting more and more distant as I spoke, but after putting my head down for a minute I was back to normal(?). So now we just have to wait for the results to come back. I also got a peak flow meter thing (which I keep forgetting to use which reminds me I have to go do that right now) so that I can test and see if my shortness of breath when running and playing soccer is caused by some reappearing asthma. I had it as a kid but haven't had an attack in years. Apparently though, this could also be caused from lack of sleep...*sheepish grin*. I'm supposed to try and work on some new sleeping habits for the next school year. And that about sums up my exciting expedition to the doctor's office.
I guess I really should start packing for my trip now, but I could do that tomorrow. Hooray for procrastination!

So tomorrow I get to wake up early and go to the doctors for a physical, woOtage! *rolls eyes* Not only that, but I get to have a blood sample taken. Ugh, blood sample...I've never had a blood sample taken before and I'm probably grossing myself out but it's just the idea of a needle being stuck in my arm or where ever and sucking up blood into it. My dad thinks I might be anemic and my mom thinks I might have this other disease (no idea what it's called) and so that's why I'm going in. I am so looking forward to tomorrow. Tomorrow, tomorrow, I'll love ya tomorrow, you're only a day away!
Well my birthday was good, uneventful, but relaxing and good. I think the majority of the day I spent at home alone, but it wasn't so bad. I got to play Xbox while listening to showtunes without anyone else there to complain about it. The cake was awesome like always (milkyway cake), nice job mom. And I probably ate way too much of it like always. :D But hey, that's what birthdays are for right? Then yesterday my mom took my sister and I shopping because I needed another pair of shorts and what not for the trip to Europe. It still hasn't hit me yet that I'm leaving in basically a week. It's going to be so much fun though, I'm uber excited!

Alright, school is finally out!!! Although I'm going to miss my history teacher, he was uber awesome. My friend and I decided that we're just going to walk in on his class randomly one day when my sister has him (hopefully) next year. Anyways, after school I went to lunch with some friends which was fun and now I'm sitting at home wondering how I'm going to get out of going to soccer practice. Ugh. Maybe I'll just run away and join the circus... ;p
I can't believe that in two weeks I'm going to Europe. I also can't believe that in four days I'll be 16. I have completely lost my sense of time apparently. Well now I have to find something to do on Saturday since my parents are having a party type thing and my brother will be gone baby sitting and my sister will be at a birthday party. So unless I want to be bar-tending all night I need to find something to do. If only I could drive by myself with my permit then I could go to the movies. Or 7-Eleven and get as many slurpee refills as I wanted.

Holy guacamole! Hairspray was phantastic, stupendous, awesome, wonderfully wonderful, great...ect.! Even if we didn't have the greatest seats. The cast was phenomenal, great singing and really great dancing. And I loved Penny, she was hilarious! Tracy: something along the lines of "Remember, they've got armed guards this time." Penny: *takes a big step and leans forward with her arms outstretched* "And they've got arms!" Man that was a great show. It was so lively, especially the end with You Can't Stop the Beat. I performed that song in a workshop I did and it's such a fun song to dance and sing to. Now I can't wait till it comes to the movie theatres so I can see it again. Err, my mom was a bit ticked about that little fact and how she spent money on a show that will be a movie. But come on, there's just something about seeing it live that just can't be seen and experienced on screen. Anyways, I think she was glad to have gone too because she really enjoyed it as well. I'm still frreakin' out about how good it was. Heh, as soon as we got home I went right onto iTunes and bought some songs from the soundtrack. ^^
Oh my god, and something else to freak out about now...drumroll please...PHANTOM IS COMING NEXT SUMMER!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D Ahhhh, I can't wait, and this time I'm going to be sure to get good seats! Yay!
I'm not crazy I swear...just your average (???) phan. ;D

I get to go see Hairspray this Wednesday! I'm so excited! I'm going with my mom, my friend, and her mom for our birthday (we're 8 days apart). ^^ It's going to be awesome!
Plus, school's almost over. Almost...just a week and a half left to go. I just finished a French project with some friends today where we sold the Fountain of Youth which conveniently resides in Atlantis. And now I get to work on my English project on the poet Christine de Pisan. Then my history project. And lets not forget my last project for video productions. Whoop-de-do. Actually, I think our video will come out pretty good, but the only problem is getting enough people and time to act out one part.
This morning I took to the world history SAT subject test which I forgot about until last night. heh heh, yeah. So I get in there and wait until we finally go into the classroom and it turns out I need some kind of photo identification which I did not bring. But I got it sorted out and was able to take the test. Which was hard! Why didn't I study for it? Oh yeah, cause I hate studying. Je deteste etudier. But anyway, Hairspray! :D

AP world history test good-bye forever! Bwahaha...wait, I still have to take the SAT history subject test. Great. At least this weekend is three-day weekend, come on Friday hurry up! I could really use a break. Especially now that my sister is sitting here making weird noises at me --; Ah, she's trying to figure out which sounds get rid of the hiccups...supposedly. Gotta love her.
Yesterday my French teacher asked my friend and I if we wanted to move up to AP French next year and skip French 3. So now I have to figure out if that will work nicely with the other classes I'm taking next year so that I won't have too much work (like i don't have enough already this year), but I don't think it will conflict that much. Plus, senior year I'll have one less academic class then. My parents want me to ask my teacher about it anyway just to make sure. Good ol' parents >_< I'm actually pretty ticked at them right now for forcing me to be on a team I don't want to be on. Well I'm going to change that soon enough, once they stop acting childish and speak to me about it. And I thought I'm supposed to be the kid here. Whatever.
Man I really want to go play Xbox...but that means I have to finish my homework which I really don't want to do. Life is so cruel. -_^ Not long now before I'm 16, not that it's much different from 15...I mean time is just a concept anyway, just like numbers. And don't even get me started on the meaning of life, it just has an odd sense of humor. But I will be able to get my driver's license once August rolls around, woOt! I guess this would be a good time for some more evil laughter :D

"Good news everyone!...Bad news everyone." - nothing like a quote from the Professor in Futurama to start an entry. Well, my friend's team whom I was playing with for State Cup won last weekend! And turns out I happened to be in the right place at the right time (for once) and scored the winning goal. :D It was so ridiculously windy that game that everyone was tired from trying to run against it. Or at least I was. The sad part was that was the last game they played with their coach so they all had to say goodbye afterwards.
Not much else is happening right now other that STAR testing in school this week which means less homework. ALRIGHT!!! I have quite the exciting life. :p Hmmm. Maybe I should update my comic with this new found free time...that would be good. But I might finish a quest on SWG instead. Or even do both *que dramatic music*. Oh yeah, very exciting life.

And now I really have to get going, so I'll be back Saturday night. Signing Off ;)

Spring break! Thank goodness, I'm so ready for a week off of school. I haven't had any time to update for a while so to go back to the whole pep rally dance thing...well...lets just say we had fun going to school on Saturday for a couple hours. ^_^; Yeah. Now school soccer is over, but I'm currently playing with my friend's team for a tournament coming up in a couple weeks. And after that it's right into my club team for an indoor season and a beach tournament which should be fun and somewhat interesting seeing as I've never played "sand soccer" before.
Hmm, nothing really exciting has happened here lately. I'd like to go see 300 sometime soon (woo, Gerard Butler!) but that probably won't happen due to my luck with actually getting my family to get to the theatres. Apparently it's too expensive yet my dad just bought my sister a digital camera for her one week trip...*rolls eyes* go figure. Anyway, for March Madness it's now down to me against my dad to see who wins. And he even started with a -4 penalty! Well all I've got to say is GO GEORGETOWN! Other than that it's been homework, soccer, and tie days (Fridays :). Which reminds me, I need to decide what classes to take next year. I have all my academic classes picked out but I still haven't decided what elective to take. I'm taking video productions this year which I guess doesn't have a second course anymore so now I'm thinking about taking something like choir, or art, or something like that. Well I've got another week to think about it now.
Happy Spring Break!
P.S. check out the music video my friends and I just finished in video productions! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nzg75c75 QiU

Saturday night my parents took my brother, sister, and me to a fondu restaurant for the first time. It was fun and there was way too much good food...needless to say, I was stuffed. The desserts were the best! ;) Sunday I spent the day making scones. I promised my friend I'd make her some for the incredible save she made on a PK at our soccer game last week. It was the last play of the game and she saved us. Pretty much a "wow" moment. So now my family also has breakfast for the next week. Woo!
Today was the last season match for high school soccer which we won putting us in third place...out of six or something. >_< But we still have another game sometime in the near future for CIFs. Then if we win we move on and if we lose, well, we're done. But all the rookies, including me, have to do a dance in front of the school at our next pep rally which is in a week or something. There were no freshmen on the team this year which is why all the rookies have to do it this year. Gah, this is going to be...interesting. Ah well, best just to have fun with it I suppose. Maybe I'll throw in an improvised and really bad robot move seeing as that has become my signature dance move. I'm probably going to miss the first practice session for it though because I really need to take my permit test again (I failed it the first time) and I've had to keep canceling because of soccer schedules of my siblings and/or my own. So yeah, I need to get that done.
My dad has been working on the house putting up/repainting new baseboards I believe they're called. He's done a really good job so far though. But it's been somewhat noisy at times but not too bad, mostly just cold because he's had to leave the door open throughout the weekend and it rained. :) I love the rain and it's so rare here, but it's suppose to rain tomorrow so I hope it does and for more than an hour. 24 is on, so that's my cue to stop typing/babbling and get downstairs. All I can say now is that I can't wait for another three day weekend next weekend.

Well finals are coming up next week, and call me crazy, but I actually don't mind finals at all. On Monday we get to go to school at 9(a.m.) except for those who have an E period. Then the rest of the week we get out at 12:30, no homework, and to top it all off we get Friday off. :D Finals aren't all that stressful for me either. Lets see, I pretty much need to study for is my French and math finals.
Tonight my brother and I are going to a dance which should be fun. Hopefully they have some type of activities there other than just dancing like they did at the last one. The last dance was themed like a casino sort of, they had black jack and poker and one other game set up and that was cool. That way people could at least talk to each other and meet new people without having to shout over the music. They had a pretty cool magician at the last one too, I wonder if he'll be there again...who knows.

Ok, so I'm really glad to be inside right now seeing as it's been freezing here lately. Last night I had a soccer game and we were out there in 46 degree weather! Thank goodness for blankets.
Tomorrow I have an English project to work on with my friend on satire...so I've been watching The Colbert Report on youtube, love that guy XD, to get some ideas going. Lots of other homework is waiting for me this weekend too. Woo. Ah well, at least it's a long weekend. On a better note, I might get to go see a movie tonight with my family once we decide on what movie to go see. I know, it's a life changing decision...but a life changing decision we need to make soon or we won't get to go. So with that, I'm off to go look up movies.
